They offer dual functions of chelation and dispersion. Water typically contains heavy metal ions such as calcium, magnesium, and iron, which can react with dyes and sizing agents during processing, forming precipitates that lead to fabric defects like color spots, speckles, and pipeline scaling. This product rapidly complexes metal ions, blocking impurities from reacting with dyes and preventing dye aggregation and sedimentation at the source. It also exhibits excellent dispersion performance, effectively breaking down fabric impurities and hydrolyzed sizing agents, thereby improving uniform dyeing results on raw fabrics. Suitable for all stages—including desizing, refining, bleaching, and dyeing—of cotton and synthetic fiber textiles, it is acid- and alkali-resistant, heat-stable, and highly compatible. When used with hydrogen peroxide, it stabilizes oxygen bleaching systems and protects fibers from metal-catalyzed damage. With only small additions, it optimizes water quality and reduces defect rates, making it an indispensable additive for enhancing quality and minimizing losses in textile printing and dyeing plants.
